Training Manager Angola
Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company expanding business in Angola. They are looking for a Training Manger to join their expanding team in Luanda.
This professional will be responsible for training and facilitation of Sales Force on relevant diseases, products and competitors in order to enable them to excel in the promotion and selling of the products and brands. Infield evaluation and coaching of sales force on disease and product knowledge. Coaching first line sales managers
Job Responsibilities
- Determine the training needs during cross functional meetings and plan workshops accordingly to local trends and objections during infield work and plan workshops as well as training courses accordingly
- Plan and co-ordinate annual planning with regard to infield time, workshops and self-development
- Create and develop in-house training workshops, i.e. new product launches or new marketing strategies
- Organise cross functional meetings with sales, marketing and medical departments
- Supporting Sales and Marketing departments by delivering a motivated, knowlegable and skillfull sales force.
- Support various other departments on product related issues, i.e. Customer Services.
- Advise management on success factor of new recruits early in training schedule.
- Assist Sales and Marketing departments in set up and execution of Pre Cycle Meetings, i.e. workshop facilitation
- Support sales leadership through leadership coaching
- Attending soft skilled training courses to become optimally functional, i.e. softer skills
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, a degree in the science field is an advantage
- Previous pharmaceutical experience is an advantage
- Previous selling experience is an advantage
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English
Requirements
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Must be a self starter and self motivated
- Experience of CRM
- Have sound knowledge of developments and regulatory affairs affecting healthcare
