This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious and motivated graduates who are eager to kickstart their careers in finance within the dynamic telecommunications industry. The Finance Graduate will gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and operational finance processes, working alongside experienced professionals to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. The role offers exposure to various financial disciplines, including accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), risk management, and commercial finance, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of financial operations within a leading multinational organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Support the finance team in financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Conduct financial modelling to support business decision-making.
  • Participate in budgeting and financial planning activities.
  • Assist with compliance reporting and regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal audits and financial controls to ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Work closely with different teams to gain exposure to operational and strategic financial processes.
  • Assist in managing financial data, creating reports, and identifying key business insights.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to enhance financial processes and efficiencies.

Personal Specification

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • A relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is an advantage.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a finance-related internship or role, preferably in telecommunications, infrastructure, finance, or consulting industries.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with financial analysis, forecasting, and financial modelling is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French or other regional languages is a plus.
