The Finance Graduate will gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and operational finance processes, working alongside experienced professionals to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. The role offers exposure to various financial disciplines, including accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), risk management, and commercial finance, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of financial operations within a leading multinational organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support the finance team in financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
• Conduct financial modelling to support business decision-making.
• Participate in budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Assist with compliance reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal audits and financial controls to ensure adherence to company policies.
• Work closely with different teams to gain exposure to operational and strategic financial processes.
• Assist in managing financial data, creating reports, and identifying key business insights.
• Continuously look for opportunities to enhance financial processes and efficiencies.
