The mandate of the Southern Africa Trust (the Trust) is to contribute to the eradication of poverty and inequality in the SADC region. In delivering its mandate, the Trust works to strengthen the voices of poor people in public policy processes to eradicate poverty and inequality in Southern Africa in ways that promote regional linkages and a regional agenda (for more information on the Trust, please see www.southernafricatrust.org).
