Talent Agenda Series – New Website

We have launched a new website dedicated to the Talent Agenda Series at talentagendaseries.com. Visit this site for our latest events, programmes, speakers and to book for our HR Conferences and Employer of Choice Awards.

Talent Agenda Series

The Talent Agenda Series is Africa’s forum for thought leaders and influencers from HR and across business leadership to discuss and develop a Talent Agenda that supports business growth. The Series will focus on trends analysis, process design and implementation, and best practices across geographies and industries, whilst highlighting common challenges and shareable solutions.

As we move through the destinations of the Talent Agenda Series, we look with unique regional perspectives at the common threads, while also drawing out areas of particular relevance in each location, to create a world tour which will add further value to you and your organisation on each occasion.

Previous 2015 HR Conferences

Talent acquisition and recruitment is the heart of the Talent Agenda Series, from sourcing to retaining key local, regional and international talent for Africa.

In 2015, key themes of our discussions around the world will include the influence of employer brand and employee value proposition, the use of social media to recruit and retain, and the development of the right mix of local, regional and international talent.
