Summary

The role focuses on Marketing reporting, activations analytics and service performance. The analyst supports the monitoring and execution of the Marketing strategy and performance objectives.  

  • Overall Marketing performance Dashboards and presentations
  • Overall Voice Revenue + Users KPI`s Dashboard
  • Overall Data Revenue + Users KPI`s Dashboard
  • Overall VAS Revenue + Users KPI`s Dashboard

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall Marketing Monthly & Quarterly performance Presentations
  • Direct interface for automation and BI related projects
  • Following up overall products teams Requested Reports with DWH Team.
  • Preparing weekly Marketing KPIs tracking and dashboard
  • Preparing Waterfall Report for Marketing product teams
  • Churn report
  • Competition tracking from digital and desk research
  • Manages surveys and focus groups
  • Ad hoc queries

  • Bachelor in (BCS)
  • Minimum 4 Years’ experience in Telecom Companies Especially in BI Reporting
  • Demonstrated clear logical thinking and ability to think strategically & tactically, and to align both perspective.
  • 2 years of experience in survey management
  • Ability to work extra hours under multiple projects deadline in progressive and dynamics environment.
  • A proven team Worker
  • Proficient on SQL and Microsoft Office packages
