Summary
The Business Intelligence manager is responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of critical business intelligence initiatives and projects that will contribute to strategic decision-making across the institution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consulting with management and relevant stakeholders to define goals.
- Researching, developing and implementing data-gathering methods.
- Analysing and synthesizing data.
- Reporting back on your findings and suggesting solutions.
- Collaborating with co-workers and management to implement improvements.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
- Create reports for presentation to upper management
- Leading the strategic design, delivery and maintenance of the business intelligence program that will support institutional priorities
- Collaboratively and extensively investigating, analysing and interpreting business information needs based on a strong understanding of business processes, drivers and priorities
- Providing high level conceptual and technical expertise and understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence best practice.
