Customer Project Manager

Job Description

Role & Responsibility:
  • Accountable for E2E Delivery as per the triple constraints.
  • People Management: ASPs, Implementation Managers, Site supervisor, Integration SPOCs, Tuning and Optimization, Supplementary services, Customer Regional Engineers.
  • E2E responsible for planning to Site getting On-Air till Final acceptance.
  • Excel skillset is must. (Analytical mindset to analyse the data)
  • Good communicator and understands reporting
  • Basic knowledge of project financials, Understands PO, OB, UM, Planned Costs &  Budget.
  • Flexibility to work as per the project schedule

Personal Specification

Requirements
 
Relevant Experience:
  • RAN Modernization
  • Transmission roll out as a Project Manager with E2E roll out responsibility.
Project Management Experience:
  • Minimum 5 Years. 
Past Experience:
  • OEM experience is must, Nokia, Huawei, ZTE etc (All OEMs)
Project Management Expereince:
  • Projects delivered in past to be listed in the resume, to cover the following parameter.
  • Timelines, Scope ,  Team Size & Role. (Ref to be made available for reference  check)
 
Qualification:
  • Minimum Graduation. Preferred – BE.
  • Project Management Certified. (PMP, PRINCE2)
