Role Description:
 
Responsible for implementing Commercial & Marketing (ATL/BTL) plans for the Category. Ability to manage P&L of category and business understanding. 
 
Manages the category  in the country/ cluster and ensures the effective planning and implementation of the ICP plan in order to generate strong business results  for the category.
 
 
Candidate Specifications:
 
Education: 
 
Master’s Degree in Marketing / Business / Management  with specialization in Marketing 
 
Professional certificate in Marketing would be an added advantage
 
Work Experience and preferred industry
 
Minimum 8 years’ experience in marketing and 3 years in other function ideally in Sales at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG.
 
Experience in leading and managing cross functional teams.
 
Key Experience Expected:
 
Sales Experience (regional sales manager) & marketing/brand experience.
 
Experience in leading a small team and working with cross functional teams (supply chain, technical, marketing teams, agencies)
