Purpose / Mission:
- Develops HSE standards and procedures of the Company
- enforces HSE standards and HSE awareness culture throughout the Corporation
- supports and inspects Partners to ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop HSE standards and procedures of the Company
- Enforce HSE standards and HSE awareness culture within the Company
- Support and inspect Partners to ensure enforcement of HSE standards
- Provide inputs for Budget preparation and ensure cost monitoring of assigned budget lines
- Actively seek to improve competency and attend to training plan
Qualification Required
Education
- Bachelors’ degree in Engineering, HSE or Risk Management required
- Masters’ degree in Engineering, HSE or Risk Management preferred
- Qualification in incident investigation / risk management methodologies is an advantage
Experience
- 9-11 years working experience in HSE
- Knowledge of international and Ghanaian HSE standards, regulation and stakeholders is an advantage
