Job Description

Human Resources •BDegree/MDegree in HRM/Industrial Psychology/Social Sciences •Minimum of 5 years HR generalist and/or specialist experience. •Experience in HR services; legal/employee relations; HR systems; staffing and talent mgt, including recruitment and succession planning, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and organizational design. •Leading and managing Country Human Resources policies, practices and objectives that will  proactively enable optimal human capital deployment and development for strategic organisational goal achievement.
