  • Business planning management for the Affiliate
  • Financial reporting managed
  • Financial policies formulation
  • Consolidate affiliate financial data.
  • Consolidate expense and capital forecasts for the Affiliate.
  • Consolidate data required for the quarterly division management committee business review report..
  • Compile statutory annual financial statements.
  • Compile consolidated business plan for the Affiliate

Experience and Qualifications 

  • B Comm Hons Degree with Articles is essential
  • A CA qualification would be advantageous
  • Minimum of 6 to 8  years relevant experience is essential
  • Candidates must also have 2 to 3 years management experience
  • Petroleum experience will be advantageous

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes 

  • Detailed knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Statutory regulations (IFRS).
  • Understanding of taxation commercial law.
  • Broad understanding of global & regional economies.
  • Knowledge of financial principles
