Country Head of Retail and Commercial Banking – Mozambique Reports to the Managing Director

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Business Studies, Business Management
- Relevant Postgraduate qualification, Masters Degree or with commercial background would be preferable
Experience
- At least 8 years post qualification relevant experience in a similar position.
Knowledge
- Effective understanding of financial performance management in the banking area
- Proven track record in a customer driven, sales and or product innovation role
- Good knowledge in dealing with savings/ transactional and lending product suites
- Good understanding of Government related acts
- Knowledge of the Banks Act and other legislation relevant to banking industry
