Role Description:
This vacancy calls for an individual who is astute in the field of data analysis as well as compensation/remuneration formulation. Set to support the Regional HRM, this incumbent will be responsible for two main• HR Data Management; and • HR Remuneration Management for the Africa region
Primary functions will be centered the collation, interpretation and analysis as well as presentation of regional HR-related data.  The incumbent will be expected to formulate suitable remuneration models and proposals for job profiles across the region.
The role requires high attention to detail, accuracy, strong punctuation and a high sense of urgency. This needs to be coupled with the ability and passion for engaging with the HR teams across the region to ensure that information requirements are clearly understood and adhered to. A high level of energy and the ability to manage a diverse and challenging range of duties are key requirements.
Key responsibilities: 
• Responding to all HR requests from any source (e.g. phone, facsimile, email, in writing or in person in a professional and efficient manner.• Sourcing and consolidating a range of related HR information and data from multiple sources. • Interpreting and analyzing range of related HR information and data from different sources. • Conducting statistical analysis on data and presenting results to stakeholders.• Interpreting and querying/advising stakeholders on data trends.• Analyzing and providing guidance on remuneration/benefits structures for the region.• Formulating remuneration structures/packages as required in region.• Maintaining Organizational Charts.• Updating, Editing, Reviewing and drawing reports on information in HRIS.• Compiling and presenting information in statistical & narrative format reports as well as presentations.• General maintenance of HR-related data, and ensuring that regular audits/checks are conducted to ensure high level of integrity/accuracy.
Person Specifications:
Qualification 
• Formal qualification related in statistics/data analysis • 2-3 years in a similar role with direct exposure to the formulation and analysis of employee benefit structures/packages • ePrior exposure to statistical analysis in a HR context. Skills
• Remuneration/Benefits Trends – Ability to analyze trends applicable to the region and to propose/implement relevant remuneration/benefit best practices. • Remuneration/Benefits Analysis – Ability to analyze remuneration requirements and to formulate remuneration structures/packages for employees across the region. • Data Interpretation & Analysis – must be able to review, analyze and interpret trends in different formats and must be able to identify and analyze trends in data sets.• Punctuality – ability to adhere to stated timelines for deliverables and tasks.• Accuracy – data accuracy very critical. Must have the ability to check and verify the integrity of all forms and sources of data being processed.• Relationships – must have a strong ability to connect to the diverse HR team and to engage with them in a positive manner while maintaining a solid view on achieving required deliverables to Regional HRM. • Reporting – the ability to prepare detailed reports on HR-related data and information.• Decision Making – the ability to make informed and effective decisions.• Communication – written and verbal communication skills.• Language: English and French with Portuguese added bonus.• Willingness to work overtime as/when required critical.• Occasional travel required. • A stable track record of previous successes in a similar role is critical.• The ability to cope with a multi-faceted workload in challenging environment is key.
