 Description du poste :

Total Gabon recherche, pour ses activités pétrolières, des diplômés gabonais de formation technique pour des fonctions de Technicien well services.

Vos mission seront de :

&#149  Garantir la réalisation des opérations de slickline, dans le respect des procédures, de sécurité et de protection de l’environnement, en optimisant les coûts et les délais,

&#149  Assurer l’adéquation des personnels, équipements et services aux exigences opérationnelles,

&#149  Contribuer à la rentabilité des investissements Exploration et Production, par une recherche permanente d’amélioration des équipements, services et procédures opérationnelles,

&#149  Participer à la formation des jeunes.

 Formation et connaissances:

&#149  Diplôme BTS/DUT

&#149  Bonne expérience des métiers pétroliers + slickline.

&#149  Connaissance de la politique HSE.

&#149  La pratique courante de l’anglais est indispensable.

Niveau d’expérience attendu:

&#149  5 à 10 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire.

&#149  Doté d’un esprit d’équipe, sens de l’organisation et de la méthode, autonomie, bonnes relations humaines (contacts avec les entreprises extérieures), bonne réactivité, curiosité, dynamisme, rigueur, sens de l’initiative et d’une très grande disponibilité.

Total Gabon is the leading producer of oil in Gabon and the country’s oil development partner for more than 80 years. Since 2010, Total Gabon proceeds to the redevelopment of its mature fields and the renewal of its offshore facilities, which will allow it to maintain a production plate around 60 000 bbl/d. In addition, at the start of the year Total Gabon began its first deep offshore drilling campaign in Gabonese waters on Diaba block.

Total Gabon is seeking for Gabonese young graduate or experimented talents to join its technical department, to work as senior Well Services engineer. The job position is located in Port-Gentil.

SLICKLINE SUPERINTENDANT (LOCAL CONTRACT)

His role will be to:

&#149  Manage, lead , coordinate Slick Line , Logging, Pumping  & Well Head maintenance  operations,

&#149  Ensure the Well Services  programs are issued in a timely manner and roll out on the rig or production platform ,

&#149  Ensure the application of the Company Rules within the programs, apply for derogations,

&#149  Ensure optimum involvement of all HQ departments for optimized operations, and the HQ studies are issued qualitatively in a timely manner within the corresponding budget,

&#149  Ensure that proper HSE management procedures are in place and followed,

&#149  Ensure the application of the Well Services Improvement Process,

&#149  Ensure the technical analysis of all Well Services  operations and produce end of well reports in a timely manner and transverse experience into our internal Total Gabon software ,

&#149  Ensure technical specifications and scope of work for Well Services  services,

&#149  Initiate Call For Tender and evaluate technical and commercial proposals as per company standards,

&#149  Ensure workshops are timely prepared and well workflow, well summary, well budget, KPI are issued in time and well budget objective is fulfilled and controlled,

&#149  Transfer knowhow to junior engineers. Participate as mentor to newly recruited engineer

Skills:

&#149  Training and knowledge

&#149  Graduated Completion & Well Services engineer, IFP School

&#149  Knowledge of Mature wells (QTY 300 Wells in Gabon Offshore, Onshore) environment would be appreciated

&#149  Knowledge of Mature wells problematic (deposits as paraffin, carbonates, salt, barium sulfate, Tubing corrosion)

&#149  Will have a high level of awareness of Health and Safety issues and be able to encourage good practice in others.

&#149  Responsibility of all logistics concerns for people and equipment to be sent to sites

Expected level of experience:

&#149  Minimum 7 years in the petroleum industry with some people management experience and the ability to motivate, inspire and lead multi-disciplinary teams (Equipments used in Gabon / Flow Control  BAKER, OTIS, CAMCO, MACCO, WEATHERFORD, TBG 4″1/2,  3″1/2,  2″7/8 and 2″3/8.

&#149  All Producer wells on GLV’S, last SPM at 4000 m, WRSCSSV, Ambient valves (KX Storm Choke type), K Pack off installation, Perforations, WSO, PLT – MPLT, Xmas Trees FMC and CAMERON

&#149  High level of Slick-line & E-line experience is requested.

&#149  Rigor of analysis

&#149  Self-initiative is essential.

&#149  Good oral and written communication (written and spoken French & English) skills required / good team and project management skill expected
