To manage the overall end-to-end management (commercial marketing, product development and operations) of new products and services and the management of the relationships with the various stakeholders and service providers.
Key Accountabilities
- To analyse, build and manage a portfolio of the following products applications and solutions:
- Mobile voice products and tariffs or
- Mobile data products and tariffs or
- Managed services and applications or that address enterprise market segment needs
- To understand the evolving trends in the enterprise market and ensure that products and services (Voice, Data or Managed products) are developed to meet these needs.
- To implement products and services (Voice, Data or Managed products) designed to address global and local enterprise customers’ needs.
- To monitor and measure the portfolio performance in accordance with the metrics agreed upon with the portfolio manager and HOD.
- To initiate pro-active and corrective actions as required ensuring product performance.
- To compile reports on the portfolio performance at the required intervals reflecting all relevant statistics
- To compile a strategy and implementation roadmap for the portfolio based on customer needs.
- To conceptualise new products and services (Mobile Voice, Mobile Data or Managed Product and application offerings) based on enterprise requirements and ensure that said product/solution is delivered to market.
- To conduct High level analysis of the product through the various stages in the product life Cycle
- To prepare product management reports analysing the Product performance within the Enterprise Voice, Data or Managed Product portfolio.
- To engage and build relationships with key stakeholders to illicit requirements and ensure commercial viability of products in relevant channels and demonstrate how the partnership can be mutually beneficial
- To assist with the customer sales engagement to help grow and close the opportunities.
- To provide expert knowledge of the corporate and enterprise eco-system, market drivers And industry developments specific to mobile voice, mobile data or managed services requirements. Understand how they impact target market and customer plans and decisions.
- To execute agreed go to market plans with key stakeholder and channels. Liaise with stakeholders in creation of sales collateral, presentation material, customer case studies, and sales channel training
