 Key Responsibilities

&#149  Reports to the Project Control Manager

&#149  Reports to the Project Planner

&#149  Assist Project Planner

&#149  Responsible for plan development, progress development as well as reporting accordingly and reports to the Project Control Manager.

&#149  Break down the project into activities.

&#149  Review contract documentation and draw up the activities logic diagram with the approval of the various participants.

&#149  Establish the general execution schedule.

&#149  Prepare the short term schedules (Six weeks look ahead, procurement schedule, mobilization schedule etc..

&#149  Where required, ensure individual work packages are compiled in accordance with the work breakdown structure defined.

&#149  Periodically gather the information relative to the progress of each activity.

&#149  Prepare progress reports in accordance with applicable requirements and generate any additional / specific reports as requested / required.

&#149  Identify and assess deviations from plan, scope change / growth and any other relevant factors that may arise and advise assigned project personnel accordingly.

&#149  Analyse trends and identify areas of concern / opportunities for improvement and address accordingly.

Desired Skills and Experience

&#149  Bachelors degree

&#149  Be computer literate (Microsoft Office).

&#149  Must speak fluent Portuguese and English. French language desirable.

&#149  Problem-solving and analytical skills

&#149  Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
