Regional Brand Manager

Job Description

Main Accountabilities:

  • Leads cross-functional innovation teams to drive any agreed innovation projects ensuring they are aligned to market requirements and to global CatStrat, BrandKey
  • Vision and Brand Vision Plan.
  • Develops an integrated product, pack, price and communication mix and trade proposition for mix test/simulated test markets to evaluate market potential.
  • Brings the BVP to life at a local level.
  • Identifies competitor assumptions and responses, Customer/channel priorities, Price/value guidelines, and the optimisation of shopper and consumer insight at aregional level and ensuring it feeds into and dovetails with the BVP.
  • Works with regional Brand building to translate the BVP into the Brand Marketing Plan. Key to this is clear execution guidelines.
  • Manages the development of selected integrated (360) brand communication and develops communication material for exploitation across a number of channels.
  • Is the expert voice of the brand in their region from a retailer, shopper and consumer perspective.
  • Regional Brand Development director.
  • Brand Building in their region.
  • Multi-functional project teams.
  • Project Leaders of key projects in countries.

Relevant Experience

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant brand marketing experience in Brand Building/ Development and/or Customer Development.
  • Developing concepts and brand communication
  • Business planning and implementation experience as well as project management.
