To manage a group of stores through managers by providing support and guidance to ensure all goals and objectives set for the region are met.

Ø To monitor and ensure the consistent implementation of company policy, standards, procedures and systems within the region
Ø To oversee the effective management of human resources within the region

TASK INFORMATION

• Maximise sales
o Identify gaps and opportunities related to product lines
• Manage and minimize costs
• Manage and minimize shrinkage
• Manage and control company assets
Ø To monitor and ensure the consistent implementation of company policy, standards, procedures and systems within the region
• Regular branch Inspections
• Regular follow-ups
Ø To oversee the effective management of human resources within the region
• Maximize productivity
• Ensure ideal store structures through-out the region
• Ensure effective scheduling of staff
• Mentoring and development of Branch Management to become better leaders
• Disciplinary actions on Branch management level
• Performance Management of the region
Ø To grow market share within the region
• Ensure service excellence
• Identify gaps and propose business opportunities (e.g. new stores) within the region
• Identify possible revamps of old stores
• Ensure successful opening of new stores
• Identify gaps and propose relevant product ranges for the relevant store profiles within the region

• Ensure the implementation of the OHS act within the region
• Ensure effective security implementation within the region
