Purpose of Job To lead a focused team of dedicated On-Trade BDRs to transform the Formal On-Trade for Heineken

Responsibilities

  • Management and achievement of sales volume, value and KPI targets
  • Support the recruitment and lead the functional / leadership development of team, through inspirational in field & classroom coaching
  • Drive the highest standards of executional excellence through the implementation of business plans, trading term compliance, cycle activity, perfect store activation & category management in the On-Trade
  • Foster outstanding collaboration and build relationships with key customers
  • Timely and accurate completion of all administration including database & credit management
  • Work closely with the dedicated Reserve team to ensure the success of our deluxe portfolio in the On-Trade

Education & Experience

  • Appropriate 3 year tertiary qualification (degree/ diploma)
  • 3-5 years FMCG Sales experience
  • Line manager experience and a track record of leading, developing & coaching a team
  • Commercial experience is a plus
