Purpose of Job To lead a focused team of dedicated On-Trade BDRs to transform the Formal On-Trade for Heineken
Responsibilities
- Management and achievement of sales volume, value and KPI targets
- Support the recruitment and lead the functional / leadership development of team, through inspirational in field & classroom coaching
- Drive the highest standards of executional excellence through the implementation of business plans, trading term compliance, cycle activity, perfect store activation & category management in the On-Trade
- Foster outstanding collaboration and build relationships with key customers
- Timely and accurate completion of all administration including database & credit management
- Work closely with the dedicated Reserve team to ensure the success of our deluxe portfolio in the On-Trade
Education & Experience
- Appropriate 3 year tertiary qualification (degree/ diploma)
- 3-5 years FMCG Sales experience
- Line manager experience and a track record of leading, developing & coaching a team
- Commercial experience is a plus
