– Job title: Sales Manager, North Africa (based in Tunis)
– Preference for a Tunisian, Moroccan and Algerian national due to local employment laws
– Needs to be a candidate with a minimum of 3 years experience (ideally 5 years) in Sales/Business Development of core banking solutions to banks and financial services institutions
– Candididate needs to have had previous experience in selling such banking and financial services software solutions in North Africa, notably Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Libya and Egypt.
– Needs to be involved in the full-cycle of the sale, not just the pre-sales element
– Must be fluent in English, French and Arabic; this is a key criteria
– Minimum bachelor degree in technical field (Computer Science, Engineering), Post-Graduate even better
– New business development is a key element of this role; not just Account Management. Candidate needs to be able to manage their pipeline and follow deals through to closure
– 40-60% travel in the region to meet clients
