Key job accountabilities
To support the salons development activity in a sustainable way, acting as a « Business Facilitator ».
• Help a portfolio of salons develop their business by providing a customized business analysis , and relevant
management training, intranet trainings and transversal services
• Develop customized coaching programs for salons
• Keep an eye on competition and report on market initiatives
• Promote L’OREAL among and build a network of salon managers
Technical & Professional competencies required
• Consulting skills
• Mastery of the hairdressing business and market
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to design and develop training courses on management, behaviors and services
• Able to work in cross-functional teams
• Mastery of Salon Business Development tools (IT Salon + Intranet tools + Sim Be 12)
Must Haves
In addition to the Must Haves for all (Diversity at L’Oréal, FIT, MAP,…)
• Taining delivery skills
• Training on salon business and management
