Role Description:
 
The Talent Acquisition Lead is to lead the renovation & sustainability of our talent acquisition approaches to attract better caliber of talents in Africa or abroad (African diaspora) through different sourcing channels. Additionally she/he will spearhead the coaching of the recruitment network across the Nestlé Central and West Africa Region.
 
 
Person Specifications:
 
The ideal candidate must possess 6-8 years in talent acquisition
 
Education:
 
Masters in Human Resource Management  / Organisational Development 
 
Key Experience Expected:
 
Proven track record of developing/managing a large network of candidates (Talent Pipeline).
Skilled in making business decisions that align with organizational priorities and talent acquisition philosophy.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to partner with leaders of the organization.
Being bilingual (French & English) and having international experience will be a plus.
