Job Description

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To coordinate, deliver and manage training on a divisional level

JOB OBJECTIVES

o To manage the Management Training Scheme and Learnerships

o To identify training and development needs

o To manage training schools

o To coordinate divisional training events

o To deliver training to Branch Management

TASK INFORMATION

To manage MTS and Learnerships

 Administer placement tool

 Train learners as per program

 Placement of learners in suitable learning environments

 Assess learners

 Update learner records

 Compile monthly progress reports

 Advise DPM of employment suitability

To identify training and development needs

 Consult with DPMs on divisional training needs

 Liaise with Group Training Manager to align divisional training needs with company framework

To manage training schools

 Incorporate training schedule into monthly training event program

 Ensure optimum use of facilities

 Ensure adequately resourced for training needs

 Monitor implementation of training

 Monitor training quality

 Provide feedback to the Learning Program Developer

To coordinate divisional training events

 Draw up and present monthly training events program to DPM for approval

 Source venues

 Schedule and invite trainees

 Confirm attendance

 Ensure compliance with Training Procedures

 Provide feedback to the Learning Program Developer

To deliver training to Branch Management

 Incorporate training schedule into monthly training event program

 Deliver training courses

 Conduct assessments

 Ensure training quality as per company standard

 Provide feedback to the Learning Program Developer

REPORT STRUCTURE

Reporting to the Divisional Personnel Manager

Manage Trainers in the division

FORMAL QUALIFICATION

Degree in Human Resources

REQUIREMENTS

To have Angolan nationality with VALID ID and Passport
