The Logistics Managers are involved in managing the entire value chain from the movement of raw materials to distribution to customers, with a focus on optimising costs, improving efficiency and profitability, enhancing customer service, and ensuring safety.

Personal Specification

  • Masters in Supply chain, Engineering or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience in Supply Chain or logistics
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, sales forecasting, advanced planning system
  • Deep understanding of both the Outbound and Inbound logistics process
  • Deep knowledge of procedures and guideline for the Logistics contingency plan
  • Conversant with the BM logistics institutional and operational reports
  • Knowledge of manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of supply chain core processes and logistics business
  • Knowledge of basic finance fundamentals
  • Highly computer literate (MS office) with experience in using an ERP system (eg. SAP)
