Key Responsibilities
Focused on Southern Hemisphere but Globally Aligned Processes:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyse, and interpret reward data (e.g., salaries, bonuses, benefits utilisation) in partnership with the Reward Manager.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate reward program effectiveness and trends.
- Identify and analyse market data to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards.
Market Research and Benchmarking:
- Conduct research to stay updated on compensation and benefits trends in relevant markets.
- Analyse competitor reward programs and identify best practices.
- Support in external data provider discussions and relationship building.
Reward Program Administration:
- Assist with the administration of existing reward programs (e.g., bonus calculations).
- Support in the creation of reward program communications.
- Support the development and implementation of new reward programs.
Compliance:
- Stay informed of relevant reward and benefits legislation and regulations in different Southern hemisphere countries.
- Ensure reward programs comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify and escalate potential compliance risks.
