Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development:

  • Assist in developing and executing a coherent, business-driven Talent Management strategy for the Organisation.

Collaboration:

  • Partner with the COE team to strengthen and improve current processes and frameworks, ensuring a unified approach, language, and assessment methodology centred on future skills needs.

Talent Management:

  • Support the effective and efficient deployment of Discipline/Talent Review Processes.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to maintain credible and robust succession plans.
  • Ensure Talent Management is a continuous business activity.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the design and implementation of simple, fit-for-purpose talent processes using technology to enhance business performance.

Learning & Leadership Development:

  • Provide expertise to Learning and Leadership Development strategies to enhance holistic talent development.

Performance Management:

  • Support the annual performance management process.
  • Assist in embedding the Organisation’s Performance Management model/framework to foster employee performance and development.
  • Co-lead the enhancement of performance management processes to ensure they remain relevant and support the organisation’s Origin strategy.

Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion:

  • Support the delivery of Talent and Development outcomes related to theInclusion & Diversity program.

Reporting:

  • Produce comprehensive, integrated Talent Management data-centric reports to inform business decisions

Personal Specification

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Relevant HR degree or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering talent management best practices.
  • Experience in a global/multi-national, vertically integrated group of companies of similar complexity.
  • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders with strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience working in a centre of expertise.
  • Applied technical expertise in designing, delivering solutions, and measuring results across talent management areas.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Understanding of advancements in technology and digitalisation shaping the future of work.
  • Applied appreciation of how technological innovation drives the need for HR innovation.
