OUR MISSION & VISION
Helios Towers is a market-leading independent telecom tower infrastructure company and are market leaders in Tanzania, Democratic Republic of Congo, Congo Brazzaville, and Senegal. We are a leading operator in Ghana with a strong urban portfolio and established a presence in South Africa in 2019. Our principal business lies in building, acquiring and operating telecommunications towers that are capable of accommodating and powering the needs of multiple tenants. These tenants are typically large MNOs and other telecommunications providers who in turn provide wireless voice and data services, primarily to end-consumers and businesses. Today our infrastructure covers more than 200 million people - and that footprint is growing fast.

Karim Ndiaye
Group Director, Talent Development & Partnership Excellence
Karim Ndiaye joined Helios Towers in 2021 as Regional Director for Senegal, where he built operations from the ground up—securing the licence, hiring a fully local team, and leading a 1,500-site rollout to expand digital connectivity.
Since October 2025, Karim has taken on the role of Group Director, Talent Development & Partnership Excellence. He now leads the Group’s talent agenda, building a future-ready, internationally consistent talent ecosystem, with a strong focus on leadership development. His work is anchored in four pillars: attracting and growing top talent, empowering inclusive leaders, embedding excellence in delivery, and strengthening partners’ technical and leadership capability—supporting the delivery of IMPACT 2030.

Group Talent Manager
Mehak Khosla is a bilingual (French and English) HR professional with over 10 years of experience specialising in global recruitment. She has a strong track record of building strategic talent pipelines and sourcing high-calibre professionals across multiple markets, from operational roles to senior leadership.
Recently promoted to Group Talent Manager, Mehak leads end-to-end talent across the Group, driving initiatives that support all OpCos and strengthen the organisation’s talent strategy. Her role spans performance management, succession planning, and learning initiatives to foster a high-performing and future-ready workforce. She is also focused on identifying talent gaps, building strategic partnerships to enhance the employer brand, and guiding career development across the business.
