Your Impactful Role:
  • Bridge BLU Global and Skin of Colour , maximizing global category strategies.
  • Shape a robust 2–5-year Skin of Colour innovation strategy, aligning with global trends.
  • Collaborate with Category Lead Teams to ensure innovations meet Skin of Colour market requirements.
  • Lead the Skin of Colour BLU Hub, adapting global innovations and leading complementary projects.
  • Engage with Skin of Colour Market Units and stakeholders, leading a team of Brand Managers.

Personal Specification

  • Hold a business or marketing degree.
  • Have 5+ years’ experience in Innovation, Global Marketing, or Product Development.
  • Showcase expertise in pan-African marketing, with local/regional experience in SoC markets.
  • Demonstrate proven leadership skills, a track record of building businesses, and a high level of initiative.
  • Navigate dynamic, multi-cultural environments, promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Approach work with an agile mindset, inspiring growth, and achievement.
