Success needs an efficient structure

Our Executive Board manages the company on its own responsibility and conducts the business. In the performance of its duties, the Executive Board acts in the interests of the company and is committed to sustainably increase the value of the company. The members of the Executive Board are appointed by the Supervisory Board.

In order to support the operational management of the Consumer Business of the Beiersdorf Group, an Executive Committee was formed to which the members of the Executive Board belong as well as two additional Heads with global management responsibilities.
