Based in Johannesburg, TWP Projects comprises four key divisions: Mining, Process, Energy and Infrastructure, with regional offices in Rustenburg and Polokwane in South Africa, and in Kitwe, Zambia. In line with TWP’s strategy to grow as a global player, TWP also has a presence in Australia and Peru. TWP Projects’ process division offers its clients a unique process and engineering capability focused on mineral processing plants, base and precious metal refinery projects, and chemical and water treatment plants.

TWP Infrastructure focuses on providing infrastructure-related services to all sectors of the built environment. Having gained years of experience providing infrastructure services to the mining and minerals industry, this new division has the expertise to provide infrastructural services and facilities from conceptual study to final execution.
TWP’s wholly-owned subsidiary TPS.P Architects extends its architectural design expertise into commercial, retail and industrial sectors across the African continent.
In December 2009, TWP merged with construction company Basil Read, creating a force to be reckoned with in the EPC arena. By combining TWP’s design and project management abilities and Basil Read’s construction capability, the group is able to offer a turnkey solution including full design, project management and construct service over virtually the entire spectrum of engineering.
