The country has under developed education and healthcare systems, and anyone working in the country is advised to ensure they have insurance and access to private provisions. Social living is limited, and the population generally has very low levels of income, resulting in reduced social activity. Moving to Central African Republic is not advised prior to obtaining an offer of employment.
